Get closer to the people here
In addition to carrying out several major projects, the Museum has made every effort to get closer to Gaspesians. In developing his 2022-2025 action plan, the Director General, Martin Roussy, stated, among other things, that he was pursuing three objectives: "to deploy the Museum on the territory of Gaspésie, to increase Museum attendance mainly during the low season and to make the most popular Museum in the noble sense of the term. »

It is also a source of inspiration for our team to embody, in the hearts of our fellow citizens, a regional museum on a human scale open to all. Little by little, we are increasingly perceived as being at the service of our community to protect and celebrate our rich cultural and historical heritage, the ferment of our Gaspé identity.

Thanks
In closing, we would like to thank all our partners and particularly the Ministère de la Culture et des Communications and its regional office for their support and financial support.

The rich and stimulating year that we experienced at the Museum is the result of exceptional teamwork. We thank from the bottom of our hearts the employees, the members of the board of directors and the visitors for their support. There are still many challenges ahead. Fortunately, the Museum can count on a dedicated team that works in a spirit of participatory management, in complete transparency, for the positive development of your institution.
